Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MetaProxy proxy service. Creating an account or placing an order means you accept them.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

1. What we provide

We provide access to proxy servers over SOCKS5 and HTTP(S), billed either by prepaid traffic or by rented IP address per month, as stated on the product page you order from.

We are an infrastructure provider. What you route through the service, and whether that use is lawful where you and your targets are located, is your responsibility.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential; activity authenticated with your credentials is treated as yours.
  • One account per person or company. Duplicate accounts created to reuse trial pricing may be closed.
  • You may create sub-users, but you remain responsible for what they do.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service for any lawful purpose, including collecting publicly available data, verifying advertising, testing your own systems and operating accounts you are entitled to operate.

The following are prohibited and end an account immediately, without refund:

  • Unauthorised access, port scanning, vulnerability exploitation, credential stuffing or brute-force attacks.
  • DDoS, spam, phishing, malware distribution or botnet command and control.
  • Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexually exploits minors.
  • Fraud, carding, money laundering, and trading in stolen data or stolen accounts.
  • Harassment, doxxing, threats and stalking.
  • Circumventing sanctions, or use in jurisdictions we are prohibited from serving.
  • Reselling access without a written reseller agreement.

We respond to substantiated abuse reports. Where a report is credible we may suspend the affected credentials while we investigate.

4. Payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes that may apply in your country.
  • Traffic packages are prepaid and the balance does not expire.
  • Rented IPs are billed in advance for the term you choose at checkout, from one week to twelve months. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, the rental renews and the address stays with you.
  • Promotional codes apply to the first order only and cannot be combined.
  • If a renewal payment fails we hold the addresses for 3 days before releasing them.

5. Delivery and service levels

Standard orders are provisioned automatically, normally within a few minutes of payment clearing. Crypto payments are provisioned after the transaction confirms on chain.

We target 99.9% network availability per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance and events outside our control. We do not guarantee that any specific website will accept traffic from any specific address: target platforms change their own rules constantly.

6. Replacement and refunds

If a delivered proxy is dead or unusable, report it within 24 hours and we replace it free of charge, proxy for proxy. Where replacement is not possible we refund the unused part of the order. Full detail is in the refund policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for prohibited use, non-payment, chargeback abuse, or attempts to overload shared infrastructure. Where the situation allows, we warn first and give you a chance to fix it.

You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not entitle you to a refund of consumed traffic or of a rental period already started, except as set out in the refund policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, business interruption, or for consequences of a third-party platform blocking, banning or restricting your accounts.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the service, including any breach of these terms.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.

Disputes are handled first by talking to us through the contact form. Anything not resolved that way is subject to the courts at the operator's registered seat.

Something here unclear or missing? Ask on the contact page and we will answer in writing.
