A fixed identity
The address does not rotate and is not shared. Accounts that were created on it keep seeing the same IP on every login, which is exactly what long-lived profiles need.
A residential-looking IP that stays yours, at datacenter speed. From 5 addresses, unlimited traffic.
Benefits
ISP proxies exist for one problem: work that needs the same trusted address tomorrow morning that it had last night.
The address does not rotate and is not shared. Accounts that were created on it keep seeing the same IP on every login, which is exactly what long-lived profiles need.
A WHOIS lookup returns a consumer ISP, while the hardware sits on a 1 Gbps port in a rack. Around 0.3s average response and 99.9% uptime.
Hold a connection open for hours. There is no 30 minute sticky limit, no forced rotation, and no traffic meter on standard plans.
Pricing
The rate falls as the order grows, and the balance you buy never expires.
| IPs | Per IP / month | Monthly total | Discount |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $1.20 | $6.00 | — |
| 10 | $1.17 | $11.70 | 3% |
| 50 | $1.08 | $54.00 | 10% |
| 100 | $1.02 | $102.00 | 15% |
| 250 | $0.96 | $240.00 | 20% |
| 500 | $0.90 | $450.00 | 25% |
| 1000 | $0.78 | $780.00 | 35% |
Minimum order is 5 IPs. Term discounts of up to 15% at 12 months stack on top of the volume rate above.
Compare types
The attributes that decide which proxy type a job needs, side by side.
| Attribute | Static ISP | Residential | Datacenter |
|---|---|---|---|
| IP type | ISP-issued, datacenter hosted | Home ISP subscribers | Server networks |
| Geo targeting | Country and city | Country, city, ZIP, ASN | Country |
| Session control | Permanent, no rotation | Per request or 30 min sticky | Permanent |
| Block rate | Low to moderate | Low | High on protected sites |
| Response time | ~0.3s | ~0.5s | ~0.25s |
| Billing | Per IP, unlimited traffic | Per gigabyte | Per IP, unlimited traffic |
| Price | $3 | $2.80 | $0.36 |
ISP addresses are fixed. If your work depends on a large pool of different IPs, residential is the correct product.
Specification
Everything is one endpoint and one credential string. Targeting and rotation live in the username, so nothing needs redeploying when a job changes.

Use cases
Every use below has the same shape: an identity that must look the same on Monday as it did on Friday.
Marketplace seller accounts, ad accounts and business profiles that flag a new IP on every login. One static address per account removes that signal.
AdsPower · Multilogin · Incogniton
Run listings, pricing and fulfilment tools from a stable local address so the platform sees one consistent operator.
Helium 10 · Jungle Scout · seller dashboards
When a partner API only accepts calls from an approved address, a static IP is the requirement. Give them one address and it stays valid.
Postman · internal services
Uptime checks, availability probes and travel fare polling that need to run for months from one predictable exit point.
Selenium · cron jobs · Price2Spy
FAQ
Billing, sessions, sourcing and what happens when a target still blocks you.
The ownership record is the same kind of consumer ISP, but the hardware is ours and sits in a datacenter. That means the address is static, fast and always online, instead of belonging to a peer who can disconnect. You trade pool size for stability.
No. Each address is assigned to one customer for the whole term. Nobody else routes traffic through it while it is yours.
Yes on standard plans. The port is 1 Gbps and there is no monthly gigabyte allowance. We only step in if a single address generates abuse reports, which is covered by the acceptable use terms.
ISP ranges are allocated in small blocks and provisioned per node. Five addresses is the smallest order that lets us assign them from a clean, diverse allocation rather than splitting a block already in use.
Yes. Renew before the term ends and the address stays assigned to your account. If you let it lapse the address returns to the pool and may be issued to someone else.
Pick country, city and term in the configurator. Addresses are provisioned within minutes and stay yours until the term ends.
